MessageBank Service
Use this form to add or remove your MessageBank service.
- Navigate to the Services tab and select your service
- Tap the three dots on the top corner of your screen, then select Manage your MessageBank
- Toggle on or off your MessageBank. To manage your greeting or access your messages, dial 101 from your handset.
This form is not available for Customers on Upfront Plans - Manage your MessageBank using My Telstra app.
Customers connected to the nbn or Digital Office Technology (DOT)
- If you're connected to the nbn, dial *99# to turn on MessageBank or #99# to turn off MessageBank. There's no monthly cost. Dial 101 from your handset to access messages.
- If you're on Digital Office Technology (DOT), dial 101 from your phone and follow the prompts.
