If you’re a Telstra Plus member, you’ll already know that you can turn your everyday eligible spending into amazing rewards.
But here’s something you may not know – you can use your Telstra Plus points to help you buy a brand-new iPhone 17 Pro, iPhone 17 Pro Max, iPhone Air or iPhone 17 and Apple-branded accessories - for less.

Put your points towards an iPhone 17
Telstra Plus Points can be used for some great things, including supporting a great cause and yes, even to help you upgrade to a phone from the exciting new Apple iPhone 17 line-up.
To put your Telstra Plus Points to work, you can either shop on our website or in the My Telstra app where you can choose how you put your points towards your purchase. It really gets down to what suits you best.

When you’re purchasing an iPhone 17, our checkout process will let you choose Points + Pay (a combination of points and cash) or Points + Repayment (a combination of points and a monthly repayment plan) to complete your purchase.
Keeping track of your Telstra Plus Points
If you want to check your points balance, there are two ways to find out:
Check them in the My Telstra app
- Open the app on your mobile device.
- Navigate to the Telstra Plus section.
- Once we’ve authenticated your details, your points balance and activity statement will appear.
Check them on the Telstra Plus website
- Click into our points history page.
- Sign in using your Telstra ID.
- Once we’ve authenticated your details, your points balance and activity statement will appear.

Using your Telstra Plus Points towards an iPhone
Yes, Telstra Plus customers can put Telstra Plus points towards an iPhone 17 through Points + Pay, Points + Repayment or points alone, if you have enough points. Simply add your points during checkout when you're shopping on our website or in the My Telstra App.
You must be a Telstra Plus member with an active Telstra-branded service. Only account holders or full authority contacts can redeem points. Eligibility criteria apply to join Telstra Plus.
Your unused points will automatically expire if not used by the expiry date and will be removed from your points balance. If you’re saving up for a high-value item like an iPhone, make sure to track your expiry dates.
