Be the face of Telstra
As part of our Retail business, you'll be working in our Consumer & Small Business team. You will be the face and voice of Telstra and be on the floor directly supporting our customers, solving issues or concerns right there and then and provide a seamless customer experience.
Our retail team are also passionate about delighting Telstra’s customers through outstanding customer service. We achieve this by providing an exceptional in-store customer journey through our collaborative approach where we empower customers by identifying the products and services they need to transform their telecommunications experience.
