Gender Affirmation Leave

Eligible employees who choose to affirm their gender can access eight weeks’ paid leave to take the legal, medical or social steps they need to be who they are.

Recognising and participating in community and internal events every year, including Midsumma, Wear It Purple Day, International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia and Transphobia, Brisbane Pride Fair Festival Day and Spectrum Birthday/World Aids Day.
