How do I change or setup my billing method?

There are two billing methods you can use in order to pay for charges in the Telstra Apps Marketplace. Either towards your Telstra bill or via credit card. Only a Billing Admin or a Company Admin can change a company’s billing method. To add, change, or remove your method of billing, follow the steps below.

  1. Log in to Telstra Apps Marketplace
  2. From the navigation toolbar in the top right hand corner, click Manage, then select Account
  3. A new page will appear titled Dashboard. A series of tabs will also appear under the Manage option selected previously. Select the Billing tab option, then select Billing Details from the left hand side navigation bar.
  4. Scroll down until you see Payment Options and select either Credit card to charge a nominated Credit card or Telstra Account to place charges on your Telstra bill. If you are selecting Telstra Account you will need your 10-digit Telstra Business Account number, as well as the name of your nominated Account Authorised Representative in order to complete the setup.
  5. By nominating your Telstra Bill, the Telstra Apps Marketplace team will validate that your account number is correct within 2 days and follow up with you by sending you a confirmation email once we have linked your accounts. Note: If you are a non-consenting customer, please allow an additional 2 days.
