How do I manage my account?

We are retiring Your Telstra Tools on April 26. You’ll find everything you need to manage your business account securely in the My Telstra app. Monitor all your services in one place on-premises or on-the-go. Plus, view and pay bills, check your usage, and get help when you need it most.

Do I need to register before I can use My Telstra?

The same Your Telstra Tools credentials will work when using My Telstra, and you only need a single ID to manage your personal and business accounts. You will also be able to use My Telstra to access your old bills.

How do I pay my bills on the My Telstra app?

Pay your bill

You can pay your Telstra bill in the My Telstra app in a few easy steps:
  1. Login to the My Telstra app using your Telstra ID.
  2. Go to Payments.
  3. Choose the bill you want to pay. Select Pay now.
  4. Enter the bill amount. Choose your payment method.

View your bills

  1. Login to the My Telstra app using your Telstra ID.
  2. Go to Payments and select the bill you want to view.
  3. To view past bills, scroll down to View bills and payments and select View previous bills.

Manage your direct debit payment method

  1. Login to the My Telstra app using your Telstra ID.
  2. Go to Payments.
  3. Locate the bill you want to update and select Manage direct debit.

How do I use the My Telstra app to manage my account?

Check your data usage

  1. Login to the My Telstra app using your Telstra ID.
  2. Go to Services and you'll see the remaining and used data for all your service.
  3. Select the service you want to view data usage for.
  4. Locate Your usage and plan to view your data usage and days remaining of use.
  5. Select View or manage your plan to view plan details and manage your plan.

How do I get help with my account and services using the My Telstra app?

Get help for your account and services through the My Telstra app or in My Telstra in a browser.

Get help with your service

  1. Login to the My Telstra app using your Telstra ID.
  2. Go to Get help.
  3. Under Get help with this service, choose from the troubleshooting options suitable for your service and follow the steps to help resolve your issue.
  4. Get help with your other services by selecting Select another service and choosing the service you want help with.
  5. Message us if your issue is not resolved by selecting the blue messaging icon to start a conversation with our Telstra Assistant.

Get help with your account

  1. Login to the My Telstra app using your Telstra ID.
  2. Go to Get help.
  3. Locate Get help with something else and select from the options most suited to your issue.
  4. Message us if your issue is not resolved by selecting the blue messaging icon to start a conversation with the Telstra Assistant.
