Mobile concession offer

Eligible customers that take up the Starter Mobile Plan, will receive a credit on their bill each month, which will reduce the minimum monthly price to $31/mth. To be eligible for this credit, you must have an eligible concession. If you change plans, cancel your plan, or no longer have an eligible concession, or we choose to withdraw this offer, the credit will be removed from your account. To determine your eligibility for this offer, we will need your Customer Reference Number. By proceeding with this application, you authorise us to use these details to check your concession status with the relevant body to determine eligibility.

No excess data charges in Australia

When you exceed the data allowance, you can continue to access data, but your speed will be slowed to a maximum of 1.5Mbps. This isn’t suitable for HD video or high-speed applications, and some web pages, social media content and files may take longer to load. The speed will depend on a range of factors including the device, location, user numbers and download sources, and it may be slowed further during busy periods. Heavy data users (users in the top 1% of all data users) may experience slower speeds than other users during busy periods. For personal use on a smartphone in Australia only and the FairPlay Policy applies.

Home phone concession

As an eligible customer, concession card holders can receive a monthly discount off their plan and also receive a waiver on late payment fees and fee-free payment options.

To determine your eligibility for this offer, we will need your Centrelink Customer Reference Number/File number. By providing us with your details, you authorise us to use these details to check your concession card status with the relevant government body to determine your eligibility for the concession offer.

If you change plans, cancel your plan or no longer have a valid eligible concession card, you may no longer be eligible to receive the discount.  We may also withdraw this offer at any time and the discount will no longer be applied.
