Once you download the app, you can use many features without a login. Or you can access all of the app’s features with a Telstra ID.

To register for a Telstra ID all you need is your name, DOB and either a mobile or Telstra account number. Follow the prompts in the app's login screen to register for a Telstra ID or register now for personal customers and business customers.  

Without a Telstra ID, you can; 

  • View the estimated data usage for your Telstra device
  • Manage your Pre-Paid device - View balance, detail usage and recharge history, change offer, recharge and purchase a plus pack
  • Get 24x7 help & support
  • Troubleshoot your ADSL service
  • Locate your nearest Telstra store

Personal customers with a Telstra ID can;

  • Keep tabs on your estimated usage for post-paid mobile plans, select broadband plans and home phone services
