This service offers a premium phone-based assessment carried out by a local Telstra Small Business Expert and includes a report sent via email with recommendations, to help Small Businesses with an ABN and less than 100 full time employees digitise their business.

The report provides advice only, and the report and recommendations must not be relied upon as an alternative to advice from a qualified professional and you should ensure you monitor your own practices and investigations.

Bill Payment Charges

  • Direct Debit is our preferred payment method, you can set it up anytime at telstra.com/directdebit
  • Electronic payments – Free
  • Payments made in person or by cheque – Extra $2.50 (some exemptions apply)
  • Paperless bills are free. A paper bill can be issued for $2.20 per copy sent (some exemptions apply)

Understanding my bill

You're billed in advance for the minimum monthly charge, and in arrears for any usage not included in your plan.  Your first bill will be higher if you start your plan part way through the billing period.

If your account number is 13 characters long, or you only have a mobile service with us, you will be billed in advance.  If you do not fit this criteria, you will be billed in arrears.
