What's Included
This service is a professional service for the remote design and deployment of call flows for call handling processes and routing, up to the limits for the package chosen (below):
- Call Flow Design: designing call flows for your Adaptive Collaboration services that take into account your functional needs and organisational objectives.
- Call Flow Deployment: remote setup of these call flows, including integration with the Adaptive Collaboration portal and with Microsoft Teams admin centre
- Call Flow Testing: testing of the call flows to verify configuration and confirm the system operates effectively before deployment.
The service is a professional service for the installation and configuration of eligible handset devices for use with Adaptive Collaboration, including:
- Equipment Setup and Installation: the placement, physical setup, and configuration of the handset device.
- Commissioning: post installation testing and configuration to connect the handset device to your Adaptive Collaboration service.

What's Not Included
- Design and deployment of any custom dial rules.
- Onsite installation of devices and handsets. This is a remote service only.
- Site auditing or assessment of infrastructure readiness, such as cabling.
- Confirming that all endpoints and features behave as expected.
- User guides and training materials.
- Any equipment installation, application licencing, connectivity, or anything not described in this document as being part of the service.
- Call-out fees.
- The service is intended for handset devices purchased through Telstra. We may agree to install other devices that is not on this list, subject to technical feasibility and assessment.
- The service may not be available at sites or areas which are difficult to attend.
- Supply, delivery or post-provisioning support for any devices, or any cabling.
- Complex configurations such as QoS (Quality of Service), ToS, CoS, traffic shaping and other complex routing.
- Management of Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) parts and Return to Manufacturer (RMA) parts.
- Any application licencing, connectivity, or anything not described in this document as being part of the service.

- Your responsibilities: You’ll need to complete a pre-installation checklist, provide accurate information about your site and IT setup, grant systems access and agree to and keep appointments to enable us to deliver the services and avoid delays or extra charges.
- Microsoft Licences: If you have chosen Microsoft Operator Connect for Business, you must meet Microsoft licence requirements, and keep your subscription up-to-date.

- Other Fees: Any work outside the listed inclusions will be subject to extra costs. These will be communicated and agreed before we commence work.

- The Adaptive Collaboration Professional Service for Business services are offered to Small and Medium Business Customers who have ordered an Adaptive Collaboration service and require professional services to support that service.
- Payment Options

If eligible, you can select from the following payment options:
- Upfront Purchase: Charges will appear as a once off amount on the first Telstra bill you receive after successful installation. You must pay this amount to us within our usual credit terms.
- TBS Repayment Option (TBSRO): You can choose to pay over 3, 6, 9, 12, 24 or 36 months. Charges will be billed to you on the same day each month during the chosen period. These charges will be greater than if you choose the upfront purchase option.
