Terms and Conditions for AWS Services and AWS Services from Telstra

 

The following Agreements and terms and conditions do not form part of Our Customer Terms or your separate Agreement and are for your services described below:

Agreement for AWS Services

This Agreement allows us to invoice you on a Telstra bill for the AWS Services you receive or access from AWS under your separate agreement with AWS.

 

You must have (or enter) a AWS Customer Agreement (or other confirmed written agreement) directly with AWS which will govern your access and use of your AWS Services in order to enter this arrangement.

Agreement for AWS Services from Telstra

This Agreement applies to customers who signed up before 1 May 2019

 

Under this Agreement you can access and use AWS Services through Telstra, without entering a separate agreement with AWS. The terms and conditions in respect of your access, use and payment for these services are contained in this Agreement.
