The following Agreements and terms and conditions do not form part of Our Customer Terms or your separate Agreement and are for your services described below:

| Agreement for AWS Services from Telstra | This Agreement applies to customers who signed up before 1 May 2019 Under this Agreement you can access and use AWS Services through Telstra, without entering a separate agreement with AWS. The terms and conditions in respect of your access, use and payment for these services are contained in this Agreement.
