We operate a specialist Unwelcome Calls Centre to assist customers who are receiving unwelcome telephone calls. You can:
- Discuss an unwelcome call
- Help us with an existing enquiry (e.g. report times of calls so that we can investigate further)
- Request that Telstra remove equipment or services from your telephone service
- Arrange to change your phone number.
Our staff are trained to deal with everything from basic advice to liaison with the police on call tracing. They’ll help you come up with positive action to solve your problem.
All staff in this area undergo background checks before starting work in the centre, and are aware of the requirements of the Privacy Act 1988, and the Telecommunications Act 1997.
6am to 12 midnight AEST (seven days per week)
