Migrating Ethernet Lite
We’re exiting Ethernet Lite services within nbn™ Fixed Line footprints¹ by 31 August 2022.
Please note: We’re obliged to disconnect some copper services prior to 31 August 2022 in alignment with the nbn™ rollout.
We’ve delayed the disconnection of Ethernet Lite services within nbn™ Fixed Wireless and nbn™ Satellite footprints in response to customer feedback. We’re exiting Ethernet Lite services within these areas by 28 February 2023.

Our Migration Plan outlines how we’ve agreed to progressively withdraw these services. Required Measure 5(A) of the Migration Plan details the disconnection processes that apply, any exceptions, and the process we will use to notify you about the timing for disconnection.

Migrating Frame Relay, Megalink and DDS Fastway
We’re exiting Frame Relay, Megalink and DDS Fastway services within nbn™ Fixed Line footprints¹ by 31 August 2022, including all copper and fibre variants.

We’ve delayed the disconnection of Frame Relay, Megalink and DDS Fastway services within nbn™ Fixed Wireless and nbn™ Satellite footprints in response to customer feedback. We’re exiting Frame Relay, Megalink and DDS Fastway services within these areas by 28 February 2023, including all copper and fibre variants.

Telstra Business SIP®
With the nbn™ coming, you'll have to move off ISDN voice. Business SIP® is the quick and easy IP voice alternative.
Key dates and possible changes
Migrating ATM
We’re exiting these services within nbn™ Fixed Line footprints¹ by 31 August 2022, including copper and fibre variants.
We’ve delayed the disconnection of ATM services within nbn™ Fixed Wireless and nbn™ Satellite footprints in response to customer feedback. We’re exiting ATM services within these areas by 28 February 2023.
The ATM service exit is not impacted by the nbn™ rollout.
