Enterprise Wireless plan changes
From 15 March 2023 we will cease sale of our Enterprise Wireless Non-Shared plans. You will not be able to purchase new Non-Shared services or make changes to existing services from this date. Existing services will be changed as follows:

From 15 March 2023 the new pricing will apply to all existing and new services.
Speed caps will be removed on all Adaptive Mobility services from 15 March 2023
The additional data allowance will be added to your current services from 15 March 2023 to be used in the current billing period.
Your Enterprise Wireless Non-Shared services will not be automatically moved to the new Enterprise Wireless shared plans. You will need to contact your Telstra representative or Telstra partner to request this change.
No, the new Enterprise Wireless plans have their own Enterprise Wireless Shared Data Pool which only shares data with Enterprise Wireless services on the same billing account.
The Enterprise Wireless Shared Data Pool is not available for old Enterprise Wireless Non-Shared plans and does not include the data allowance from those services.
Yes, an Auto Data Top-Up must be selected with these plans. What this means is that if you exceed your total Enterprise Wireless Shared Data Pool within the bill cycle, the Auto Data Top-Up will be triggered and charged to your billing account.
From July 2023 data allowances for Mobile and Mobile Broadband services will continue to contribute towards a shared data pool for your account – now called “Adaptive Shared Data Pool”.
However, if an individual Mobile or Mobile Broadband service exceeds 300GB of data usage (inclusive of that service’s monthly allowance) within the monthly billing cycle, that service’s speed will be capped at 1.5Mbps for the remainder of the billing cycle.
To avoid speed capping, you can add a User Data Top-Up to any Mobile or Mobile Broadband service that will automatically add a 20GB block of unshared data at $30 per user per top-up to the applicable service if the total Adaptive Shared Data Pool allowance is reached.
Business Demand Data for Adaptive Mobility will no longer be available from 15 March 2023 and will be progressively removed from existing services over several months.
