Sydney CIC

Take your pick of our state-of-the-art venues to host anything from a meeting for three to an event for 300. We can help with tables, chairs and stationery hire as well as a choice of superb catering packages and the option to host up to 87 guests in our onsite restaurant, The Dish. Want to record the whole show? We’re equipped with a professional in-house TV broadcast studio. Plus, Sydney’s handy loading dock makes it easy to deliver a seamless event.

Theatre

You can make a lasting impression on your audience with our Theatre at the Sydney Customer Insight Centre, a state-of-the-art space that can seat up to 290 people. The theatre is ideal for hosting impressive product launches, demonstrations, conferences or livestreams.

We can cater to any occasion and any palate with our diverse and flexible catering options. Whether you want a hearty breakfast, a sumptuous buffet, a taco stand, or a cocktail function, we can deliver it with style and quality. 

Host an intimate or executive function in our onsite restaurant, The Dish, which features a modern design and a warm ambiance and can seat up to 50 guests.

Broadcast Studio

At our Sydney Customer Insight Centre, we have a state-of-the-art broadcast studio that can help you create and deliver high-quality video and audio content. Whether you want to stream live events, record podcasts, produce commercials, or host talk shows, our broadcast studio has the technology and expertise to make it happen.

A 66m2 studio with 4x2m stage and the capability to livestream almost anywhere.

Features include:

  • Three broadcast-quality cameras with autocue and pedestals.
  • Interchangeable backdrop and green screen.
  • Sony broadcast mixer with graphics and foldbacks to studio.
  • Audio desk with 6 lapel microphones, audio playback and integration to theatre audio.
  • Recording to EVS, hard drive or directly to our edit suite for quick turnarounds.

All digital content is tailored to create a unique experience for your customers. The digital production team will seamlessly wrap the space in your branding by producing high-res imagery, motion graphics and video to display on our digital screens throughout the CIC.

  • Create a tailored welcome screen for your event.

Melbourne CIC

Our CBD venue features one of the most advanced purpose-built theatres in the Southern Hemisphere, plus a range of meeting rooms and breakout spaces with the option to hire tables, chairs, stationery and more. It’s the place to impress guests with luxurious catering packages – from morning tea to full-day dining and cocktail functions. We make it easy with convenient visitor parking and a loading dock.

Beautifully set against floor to ceiling windows offering a picturesque view of the Swan River, we work flexibly to create your vision, from a small team meeting to a 90-person event – all with mobile catering and equipment for hire. We can even curate custom digital welcome content for your event to present on the big screen – featuring one of the only LED ceiling displays in the Southern Hemisphere.

The Kimberley Theatrette
