Fetch Mini at $96

You can buy a Fetch Mini for $96 before the Telstra TV exit. So, now is the best time to get your new streaming device. You'll also get three months of the Ultimate Pack and Movie Box subscription. They're included in your first Fetch purchase. More than one TV in your home, no problems. You can purchase up to 3 Fetch in your household.

Fetch Mini will be available at $96 from 23 July 2024 to 4 November 2024.

We recycle your Telstra TV

Recycle your Telstra TV by bringing it to any of our 300 Telstra stores for responsible recycling.

Frequently asked questions

Telstra TV service will deactivate at 11:59 PM on 31 October 2024. Telstra TV support is available until the shutdown, then it ends. 

Once disabled, your Telstra TV will not work at all. This includes browsing, watching, app access, and settings changes. No action is required from you to shut down the service, as all Telstra TV devices will automatically be disabled after November 1, 2024. After this date, you can recycle your Telstra TV at one of our 300 Telstra stores.

Your third-party app subscriptions will remain unaffected. You can continue to use these subscriptions on any device supported by the app provider. Refer to the respective app’s website for a list of supported devices.

As of 1 June 2024, we have cancelled all Telstra TV repayments. We have waived any outstanding balances.

Yes, Telstra Plus points can be used to either buy Fetch or movies or TV shows on the Fetch store.

Fetch is available to everyone. When you get Fetch services, non-Telstra customers get an account set up.

No. Once the Telstra TV is disabled, it will no longer be usable, and you cannot access any apps. Therefore a factory reset is unnecessary.

Yes, simply login to the app on your new Fetch set-top box or other supported devices using your existing login details. Your subscription will continue to be billed by Telstra.
