FAQs - Changes to AFL and NRL Live Pass

From 2 February, 2021 the live streaming features of these apps will no longer be available. This means that from this date you won’t be able to watch live or data-free AFL or NRL matches via these apps. See features still available through the apps here.

To continue streaming live AFL and NRL matches, we recommend Kayo. See our best ever Kayo offer.
AFL and NRL Live Passes won’t be available for renewal for season 2021. You don’t need to do anything to cancel your AFL or NRL Live Pass subscriptions as 2020 Live Passes will automatically end on 2 February 2021.  

To continue using the AFL Live App and the NRL Official App for all other features, you will need to update the apps in your respective app stores. 
If you’re a non-Telstra customer currently paying for an AFL or NRL Live Pass subscription that ends after 2 February 2021, we will provide you a refund. If you haven’t yet been contacted regarding this refund, please contact us on Crowd Support  and we can assist you.

If you’re a Telstra customer, you can check if you’re eligible for this offer by visiting http://hub.telstra.com.au/kayo. If you're eligible, the $5/mth for 12mth Kayo Basic offer will appear for you to redeem against your eligible services. Have your Telstra ID log in details ready. Alternatively, visit the My Telstra app and navigate to the Kayo add on in your services tab. 
Visit http:/hub.telstra.com.au/kayo to see your eligible offer. From there, you can select a service on your account to sign up with or if you already have a Kayo subscription, click 'already have an account? Sign in to Kayo and login with your existing Kayo account details and your Kayo service will automatically change to the offer pricing. This offer must be redeemed by 31 May 2021.
You can redeem this offer once per eligible service. This means if you have multiple eligible Telstra services on your account that accessed AFL or NRL Live Pass, you may redeem the offer on each of those eligible services.

If you cancel your offer after signing up, you cannot re-redeem or restart  with that service.
