The time to opt out of the plan change has now passed, and we'll automatically change your plan soon.

I want to stay on the Ultimate Internet Plan

Our plans are month-to-month, with no lock-in contracts. Once you’ve moved to the Business Pro Fast Plan, you can change your plan back to Ultimate Internet Plan in the next payment cycle. 

How do I change my plan?

To change your plan:

  1. Sign into My Telstra app or My Telstra in a browser
  2. Go to Services and choose your service
  3. Select View or manage your plan
  4. Follow the prompts to change your plan.
