I want to stay on the Essential Internet Plan

Our plans are month-to-month, with no lock-in contracts. Once you’ve moved to the Premium Internet Plan, you can change your plan back to Essential Internet Plan in the next payment cycle. If you downgrade your plan, any existing discounts won’t apply.

How do I change my plan?

To change your plan:

  1. Sign into My Telstra app or My Telstra in a browser
  2. Go to Services and choose your service
  3. Select View or manage your plan
  4. Follow the prompts to change your plan.
