Plan change opt-out

You can't opt out of the JB Hi-Fi Mobile Upfront Plan change

The time to opt out of the plan change has now passed and you’ll soon move to the new JB Hi-Fi Mobile Upfront Plan. 

What are my options?

Our plans are month-to-month, with no lock-in contracts. Once you’ve moved to the new plan, you can change your plan to any other in-market JB Hi-Fi Mobile Upfront Plan in the next payment cycle. 

How do I change my plan?

To change your plan: 

  1. Sign into the JB Hi-Fi Mobile app or JB Hi-Fi Mobile web
  2. Go to Services and choose your service
  3. Select View or manage your plan
  4. Follow the prompts to change your plan.
