How to unlock your mobile.

If your mobile phone is locked, you need to enter your PUK (Personal Unlocking Key) code. Your code is 8 digits long and resets your mobile PIN so you can start using your phone again.

If your phone is asking you to enter a PIN:

Enter any PIN into your mobile handset, e.g. 0000
Press OK or YES
Repeat until your phone asks you to enter your PUK
You will then be able to reset your PIN

Remember to always keep your PIN and PUK code private so your phone is secure.
