Unlock Your Mobile

If your phone is blocked, you need to enter your PUK (Personal Unlocking Key) code. It’s 8 digits and it resets your mobile PIN so you can start using your phone again.

How to retrieve your PUK code

If your phone is asking you to enter a PIN:

  1. Enter any PIN into your mobile handset, e.g. 0000
  2. Press OK or YES
  3. Repeat until your phone asks you to enter your PUK
  4. You will then be able to reset your PIN

Remember to always keep your PIN and PUK code private so your phone is secure.
