The Telstra Upfront Mobile Plan and Telstra Upfront Data Plan are our new plans and over time, all Telstra consumer and small business post-paid mobile and mobile data customers will be moved onto these plans.

In some instances, we will switch you to these plans automatically and you'll be notified by email.

You could be eligible to change to an Upfront plan yourself. To check whether you're eligible to switch to the new Upfront Mobile and Upfront Data plans, check in the My Telstra app.

Our Telstra Upfront Mobile and Upfront Data plans can only be taken up by selected business types initially. If your ABN is unable to be validated due to an unsupported business type you will be able to take up a Small Business Mobile or Data Plan.

I keep getting an ABN error message, what does it mean?

If your ABN is cancelled, we will not be able to offer you an Upfront Mobile or Upfront Data plan, you can connect your service as a residential customer and update your account later once your ABN is valid.
