How do I self-install my Telstra Business Smart Modem?

If you have selected to install your modem yourself, a connection kit will be sent out to you. Once your kit arrives with all the equipment you need, you can refer to our quick connection guides below for instructions.

Things to know

Some business premises may require an nbn appointment to install network hardware prior to setting up your self-installation kit. If this is the case we will contact you with the time and date.

If you selected a professional installation, please wait until your Telstra Technician arrives to install the modem for you.
