If you pay for a Microsoft 365 subscription, pricing for your subscription will increase on 1 July 2026. This page outlines what you need to know and how we can assist you with this change.
We will be updating the pricing for Microsoft 365 on all billing options on 1 July 2026. Pricing updates will also apply to a range of Microsoft 365 extras, such as Microsoft Teams Phone Standard and Power BI products. You can learn more about new Microsoft 365 pricing on this page.
Pricing for Microsoft 365 plan subscriptions will increase on 1 July 2026. Prices are per licence for up to 300 users (incl. GST). The table sets out some examples of what you’ll pay after the price rise, but not all plans impacted by this price rise are listed. View all plans impacted by this price rise (PDF, 840KB).

If you subscribed to Microsoft on an annual subscription before 1 July 2026, Microsoft 365 pricing will remain the same for your subscription term. New licences added to your original subscription term will also be charged at the original price.
However, all Microsoft 365 subscriptions purchased new, auto renewed or upgraded after 1 July 2026 will be subject to the price rises in July 2026.
