  • Already a Telstra customer? You’ll need your Telstra account number and existing contract details.
  • If not, you’ll need your ABN or ACN to create a new account. Register to manage your services online at telstra.com.au/small-business/self-service

Place your order

  • Check your order summary. 
  • Provide your business details (company name, ABN or ACN) and click “Search”. 
  • Provide your personal and contact details. 
  • Provide your billing details. 
  • If a new customer, verify your ID online (Australian driver’s licence/Australian passport). 
  • Review and submit your order.

Mobile Worksuite Support is a complementary 24/7 service included with Mobile Worksuite to help get you setup and keep you working. It is only available for products and services purchased as part of Mobile Worksuite and accessible to one Mobile Worksuite user.

If you’re an existing Mobile Worksuite customer or have recently purchased Mobile Worksuite and need support please contact us.

Yes, Mobile Worksuite can be added to existing eligible Business Data plans.

With no lock-in, you can also change your Business Data Plan or Office 365 subscription (once a month) or leave us. If you leave, you will receive a pro rata refund for your data plan and you will need to pay out the remaining cost of your devices, accessories or services.

If you cancel any of the Mobile Worksuite components, the Mobile Worksuite pricing will no longer apply to the Office 365 Business Premium/Microsoft 365 Business subscription and you will no longer receive 24/7 support as part of Mobile Worksuite. 

 

Your discount will be applied automatically and will appear on your bill as credit applied to your Business Data Plan service.

Your discount on the Office 365 Business Premium/Microsoft 365 Business subscription will be removed if you cancel any of the eligible services under Mobile Worksuite, or move them to a different account.

Changing your data plan may change your monthly discount. All eligible services under Mobile Worksuite must be active under the same company name and ABN for you to receive your full monthly discount on all components of Mobile Worksuite.

Mobile Worksuite: For the Mobile Worksuite offer, the Microsoft Surface Pro X, Business Data Plan and Office 365 Business Premium/Microsoft 365 Business subscription must be registered under the same business name and ABN and must be active during the monthly billing period. 24/7 support is a complementary service included with Mobile Worksuite. The Mobile Worksuite month-to-month Office 365 Business Premium/Microsoft 365 Business subscription discount will be removed if you cancel any of the required eligible services. The Mobile Worksuite month-to-month price applies for your first Office 365 Business Premium/Microsoft 365 Business subscription. Additional subscriptions can be added at the standard price.

24/7 support: 24/7 support is only available for products and services purchased as part of Mobile Worksuite and only for one Mobile Worksuite user. The cost of any software/hardware is not included in the price of the service and you are responsible for any data charges.Tech assessments are not included. 24/7 support can not be sold separately. Report and recommendations must not be relied upon as an alternative to advice from a qualified professional and you should ensure that you monitor your own practices and investigations.

Month-to-month Business Data Plans: Your month-to-month plan may change (including price and inclusions). With no lock-in, you can change your plan once a month or leave. If you leave, just pay out your device, accessories or services in full.

No Excess Data Charges in Australia: Once you exceed your included data allowance, your speed will be capped at 1.5Mbps, and slowed further in busy periods.  This means it is not suitable for HD video or high speed applications and means that some webpages, videos, social media content and files may take longer to load, but you can still stream video in standard definition, listen to music, browse the web and access social media, even if the experience is slower sometimes.

Device Payment Contract: You must have an eligible Telstra Business Data Plan in order to have a Device Payment Contract. If you cancel your Device Payment Contract early, cancel your data plan during the device payment term or move to an ineligible data plan during the payment term, you'll need to pay out your device, in full.
