How to change your plan

  1. Check your current plan status

    Additional charges may apply if you upgrade before your plan or device contract end date. To check your plan end date, call 13 200 or visit us in store.
  2. Choose a new plan

    Select the new mobile plan that you’d like to change to, then proceed to your cart.
  3. Change your plan online

    Once you enter our secure online checkout, select 'Change my plan' to switch to your new plan.

Want a plan with 5G network access?

You’ll need a 5G device and 5G-ready mobile or data plan to connect your business to Telstra 5G. You’ll also need to be in an area that has 5G coverage.
