You need to be 18+ and have an active Telstra service (excludes enterprise).
You’ll be assigned to a membership tier which gives you access to benefits such as discounted movie and sports tickets, pre-sale access to concerts and events, and more.
You’ll earn points based on your account spend every month. You’ll also earn points when you recharge your Telstra Pre-Paid service, use Points + Pay in the Rewards Store, or take up partner or bonus offers.
Redeem your Telstra Plus points for discounts on devices, accessories and more in the Rewards Store.
Upon joining, you’ll get immediate access to the relevant membership tier. This is determined by your eligible spend within the last 12 months. The higher your spend is, the higher your tier level and the more benefits you can access. Available benefits may change or be withdrawn from time to time.

Points are earned on payment of Telstra bill or pre-paid recharge (excl. refunds, credits & late payment fees) and on paid component of Points + Pay. Points expire 3 years from earning. Marketing opt-in required (preferences can be changed).
