Pre-Paid eSIM

Connecting your eSIM

Purchase and set up your eSIM on your compatible device in just a few steps.

A QR code that, when scanned, takes the user to their device’s app store to download the My Telstra app.

STEP 1

Scan

Using your phone, scan the QR code to download the My Telstra app.

Unlock

Follow the prompts, you won’t need to sign in. Select Unlock the benefits of eSIM.

STEP 3

Select

Select the Pre-Paid plan option and you should see a message confirming your device is eSIM compatible.

Activate

Tap Get started and follow the prompts.

Using your phone, scan the QR code to open the My Telstra app and sign in if you haven’t already.

Select

Select the Services tab at the bottom, and scroll down to select Looking for something new?

Unlock

Select Pre-Paid plan on eSIM and you should see a message confirming your device is eSIM compatible.

Activate

Tap Get started and follow the prompts.
