Connecting your eSIM

Before you start:

  • Use the device you want to activate the eSIM on
  • Ensure the device is eSIM compatible
  • Connect to Wi-Fi

How to set up your eSIM

  1. Get the My Telstra app

    Download or update the My Telstra app on your device. Follow the prompts, you won’t need to sign in.

  2. Unlock your eSIM

    Select Unlock the benefits of eSIM, then the Pre-Paid plan option. You should see a message confirming your device is eSIM compatible.

  3. Activate

    Tap Get started and follow the prompts to activate.
