We recently sent you an email about a change to your plan.

So, what’s in your free recharge?

Your free $30 recharge comes with the following (to use in Australia within 28 days):

  • 12GB of data
  • You can roll over any unused data for a month if you recharge before expiry.

What’s important to know about Pre-Paid Mobile Broadband Go:

It's a data-only plan, which means you're unable to make standard phone calls using your Mobile Broadband Go service. You’ll only be able to make calls through apps that use data to call, e.g. WhatsApp.

What do I have to do?

  • Nothing, we'll change your plan to a Mobile Broadband Go plan.
  • We'll also give you a free $30 recharge to get you started.
  • We'll let you know via SMS when we've made the change.
