Early Termination Policy

If you cancel your monthly subscription within the first 24 months, you will need to pay out the remainder of your Xbox as a once-off payment on your next bill. In order to receive your paid months of Xbox Games Pass Ultimate, you must have activated your Xbox Games Pass Ultimate before you cancel. You cannot activate Xbox Games Pass Ultimate after you cancel. If you cancel your Xbox All Access contract without having activated, you will lose any months of credit to Game Pass Ultimate you have available to you but not yet redeemed, with no refund or credit available. If you initially delayed your activation and/or had pre-existing Game Pass Ultimate credits, your remaining balance will be updated to your Microsoft Account to include access you have already paid for. Any months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, Live Gold, or Game Pass that you have paid for but not yet used will remain on your account after you cancel until they expire up to a maximum of 36 months, inclusive of the 24 months that is part of All Access. If you are not entitled to any additional months of Game Pass Ultimate post cancellation, your access to the subscription will stop.

  • If you are converting your existing Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass membership(s), they will automatically convert to Ultimate at a conversion ratio.

This is an Xbox All Access service that offers a console and access to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for a bundled monthly price over 24 months.

Device information and requirements

  • All gameplay requires a compatible TV.
  • Online play and access to games in Game Pass Ultimate subscription requires a stable internet connection that is not included in this price (3mbps recommended).
  • To access 4K features you will need a compatible 4K TV and a Xbox Series X console.

You will need to redeem your subscription with Xbox on console via Settings > Account > Subscriptions

 

If you cancel your Xbox All Access service with Telstra, your subscription to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate will end, unless you are entitled to additional months because you

  • Had pre-existing Game Pass Ultimate credit prior to taking up Xbox All Access
  • Delayed activation of your subscription and therefore are entitled to have access to an equal amount of months of which you paid for, as long as you activate before you cancel

When you join Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, we will apply any prepaid time you have on Xbox Live Gold and/or Xbox Game Pass toward Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, up to a maximum of 36 months (inclusive of the 24 months from Xbox All Access). For example, if you have 3 months of Xbox Live Gold and 3 months of Xbox Game Pass already on your account when you purchase your first month of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, you will have a total of 7 months of Ultimate on your account before you need to renew your membership.
