Information about the service

Telstra Device Security for Business is a month-to-month subscription that you can add on to your existing business mobile or internet service. It offers access to McAfee Multi Access apps which you can download on up to ten compatible devices to help protect them from known cyber security threats.
Eligibility

To take up Telstra Device Security for Business you must have and maintain an eligible business post-paid mobile or internet service. If you cancel the service you have redeemed your subscription against, your Telstra Device Security for Business will also be cancelled.
Device information and requirements

You must have a compatible PC, Mac, Android or iOS device which meets minimum operating requirements to use this product. For latest device and system requirements, visit mcafee.com/en-au/consumer-support/help/system-requirement.html.
Telstra Device Security for Business is not available on wearable devices (e.g. watches) or Smart TV.
To download and use the McAfee Multi Access application you require an internet connection. You must maintain an up to date version of all apps (minimum device storage space required).
Setting up, managing and cancelling your subscription

To use McAfee Multi Access, you will need to create a McAfee account and download the application on your nominated compatible devices.

How do I pay?

Autopay: Your plan will be paid automatically from your credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or bank account. Check the Direct Debit Payment Terms for details.
Telstra Bill: Pay your bill online, over the phone, via BPAY, or in person at Australia Post. Part payments are allowed after your bill is issued (minimum $1). Overpayments are not accepted.
Charges may apply for bill delivery and payment (fee free options are available). More info at telstra.com/payment-fees.

You must accept and comply with the McAfee End User License Agreement as made available by McAfee from time to time as a condition of using Telstra Device Security for Business
Cancelling your service

You can cancel your Telstra Device Security for Business at any time. There are no early termination charges. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your subscription month. Once cancellation takes effect, your devices will no longer be protected.
Understanding my bill

You are charged for your Telstra Device Security for Business monthly in advance on each subscription anniversary. Your subscription start date will be based on the date you create your McAfee account. This date may be different from the billing anniversary date of your existing services.
