On Thursday 16 December 2021, Telstra celebrated its best-performing Enterprise partners at the Telstra Enterprise Partner Awards. This year, Telstra has received over 130 nominations across 22 award categories, and the pool of judges sifted through entries to find the partners that delivered outstanding performance and customer experiences aligned with strength in values and ethics.

The Telstra Enterprise Partner Awards has recognised the efforts and innovations of partners across different Australian regions and technology domains. In another unprecedented year, Telstra acknowledges the expertise—and courage—of its partners to help deliver unforgettable experiences, facilitate digital transformations, and make positive impact with customers.

Star 21, an integrated ICT services company, was recognised as the Telstra Enterprise Partner of the Year for demonstrating consistently impressive results and significant incremental sales across all domains. With a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of +85, the company has shown its commitment to putting customers first and empowering them in a connected world.

“We congratulate all of our winners, and in particular, Star 21 for taking home Telstra Enterprise Partner of the Year for the second consecutive year,” said David Burns, Telstra Enterprise Group Executive. “Star 21's customer-first strategy and collaborative approach to working with our sales teams across all of our domains saw it have a great year in mobility and services.”

“Our partner channel plays an incredibly important part in Telstra Enterprise’s business model and is critical to us in achieving our growth ambition,” added David. “The Telstra Partner Awards are our way to say thanks to our partner network for continuing to add value to our business through sales, service, and collaboration.

It’s an exciting time to work with partners that have deep expertise across multiple domains. Together with our Enterprise partners, we can help our customers continue to drive greater digital acceleration. I look forward to collaborating with many of our partners on new growth opportunities in the new year.

Andrew Stormont, Head of Enterprise Technology Sales and Enterprise Partners.
