Business Performance Plans
Some usage such as calls/SMS/MMS to premium numbers (eg 19xx numbers), 1234, 12455 and 12456 numbers, Pivotel numbers, some satellite numbers, operator assisted and info calls (eg most 12xx numbers), Call Answer, Memo, PhonePage, bulk SMS sending services, content charges and use while overseas. Unused allowances expire monthly. Local time means the time at the mobile tower that transmits your call. If you are near a state border, the mobile tower may be in a different time zone to you, and your call may be timed.
Data Share SIMsYou can cancel your Data Share SIM at anytime and you will remain on a Telstra Business Performance Plan without sharing ability. You can share your monthly data allowance between Data Share SIMs, up to 5 Telstra Business Performance Plans which have a Data Share SIM attached and Telstra Business Mobile Data Share Packs on the same account. Your Data Share SIM cannot be used in a mobile handset as we may block your access to data from your Data Share SIM.
The unlimited MessageBank allowance only applies to standard diversion and retrieval and does not apply to Voice2Text, Message2Text™, Memo, or MessageBank Plus and you will need to pay for these separately. Other associated charges such as access and messaging will still apply.
Bring Your Own (BYO) Handsets
If you take up a Business Performance BYO Plan you need to BYO handset. Be sure to check that your device supports 3G-850MHz, to ensure you get the best possible experience on the Telstra Mobile Network. Check your device manual or manufacturer’s website.
