What is changing with my business services?

To continue delivering secure, innovative, and industry-aligned services, Telstra is retiring some legacy products. This change helps us simplify our portfolio and focus on scalable, cloud-based solutions.

We understand change can be disruptive, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.

What’s changing?

The following products will be discontinued:

Can I still use my current service or make changes to it?

You can continue using your current services until 30 August 2027. After that, the service will no longer operate.

No changes are allowed from 30 September 2025. You won’t be able to add, move, or recontract these services after this date.

If you no longer need the service, you can cancel any time before the exit date.

Who can I contact for help or to cancel my service?

Contact your Telstra representative or call 1800 926 478 for support.

To cancel your service, reach out to your account manager, Customer Success Manager (CSM) partner, or local Telstra Business Technology Centre (TBTC).

Will I be charged after cancellation?

Billing stops once the service is cancelled. Charges are pro-rated if cancelled mid-cycle.

Can I recycle my modem?

Yes you can. We’ve partnered with Mobile Muster, a free and certified recycling program. Accepted items include:

  • Modems
  • Mobile phones and accessories
  • Home phones, smart speakers, smartwatches, and more

Drop off your device at any Telstra store. Loose mobile phone batteries are not accepted.

Why is Telstra making this change?

T-Biz Voice on the nbn™ and DOT (Digital Office Technology) are being retired due to hardware limitations. These transitions are essential to ensure we can continue to innovate, improve the security of our services, stay aligned with industry standards, and provide you with the best possible solutions to strive to meet your evolving needs.

What if I’ve already migrated or cancelled?

If you’ve recently cancelled or migrated your services, you can disregard this notice.
