If you are on an Upfront plan, you can only manage your International Roaming and International Roaming Day Pass usage settings in My Telstra.

Pay-as-you-go roaming is not available on Upfront plans.  

Check your usage using the My Telstra app

  1. Sign in to the My Telstra app
  2. Select  ‘Services’ at the bottom of your screen
  3. Select your mobile number
  4. Select ‘International usage’

Check your usage using Your Telstra Tools

  1. Sign in to Your Telstra Tools 
  2. Hover over 'Services' and select 'Mobile and Mobile Broadband' 
  3. Select your mobile number 
  4. Under 'Data usage summary', select 'International'

Check your usage using your mobile phone

You can also check your usage by dialing #108# on the dial pad of your phone.
