You can purchase a domain through Telstra when you subscribe to Microsoft 365. A domain is included at no additional cost when you take up Telstra Business Website Services.
Your domain will auto-renew by default every 12 or 24 months depending on your subscription. However, auto-renew will be turned off if your payment details have changed or expired.
If you want to keep your domain, you will need to renew it before the expiration date. After the expiration date, you’ll have 5 days to renew before the domain becomes inactive and your website and email will no longer work. You’ll have a further 26 days before the domain becomes publicly available to purchase.
To renew your domain after it has expired, email the TAM Service Desk or call the Telstra Apps Marketplace on 1800 878 483.
Your domain will remain active until the date of expiry. If you want to cancel the domain for the purpose of closing your website or email accounts, you can update the Domain Name System (DNS) records so that the website or email is no longer functioning.
To change the contact details of your domain email the TAM Service Desk or call the Telstra Apps Marketplace on 1800 878 483.
