Domains can be added to Microsoft 365 subscriptions at Telstra. If you already have a Microsoft 365 plan, talk to our Telstra Apps Marketplace (TAM) support team about adding a domain to your subscription. To explore Microsoft solutions for your business, go to Microsoft 365.
When your domain is hosted by Telstra, it will auto-renew either every 12 or 24 months. If your payment details change or expire, your domain will not auto-renew.
To check if auto-renew is enabled, follow these steps:
When auto-renew is enabled, your domain will renew at the next renewal date.
When your domain expires, your website and associated email services will be deactivated.
Your domain name won’t be available for others to purchase until 30 days after it expires. During this grace period, you can repurchase your domain name.
To renew your domain name after it’s expired, call 1800 878 483 to talk to a member of our TAM team Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm AEST. You can also email TAM for support.
