How do I check the renewal status of my business domain?

To keep your domain name registered for your business website you will need to renew your Domain Names app subscription. Your subscription may renew automatically if your renewal status is set to auto-renew, otherwise you will need to manually renew your subscription. You can check your renewal status anytime within the Telstra Apps Marketplace.

1. Log in to Telstra Apps Marketplace.
   
2. Use the navigation toolbar to locate and select the My Apps tab.
3. Select Account to be taken to Services.
4. Locate the Domain Names app and hover over its thumbnail.
5. Select the settings icon when it appears.
6. Select Manage app from the dropdown options.
7. When taken to the Manage app page for the Domain Names app, locate and select the settings icon to reveal the dropdown options:
   • If Cancel auto-renew is one of the dropdown options, your domain status is set to auto-renew.
   • If Re-enable auto-renew is one of the dropdown options, your domain status is not set to auto-renew.
