How do I check the renewal status of my business domain?

You can check the renewal status of your domain within the Telstra Apps Marketplace.

Log in to Telstra Apps Marketplace.
Use the navigation toolbar to locate and select the My Apps tab.
Select Account to be taken to Services.
Locate the Domain Names app and hover over its thumbnail.
Select the settings icon when it appears.
Select Manage app from the dropdown options.
When taken to the Manage app page for the Domain Names app, locate and select the settings icon to reveal the dropdown options:
- If Cancel auto-renew is one of the dropdown options, your domain status is set to auto-renew.
- If Re-enable auto-renew is one of the dropdown options, your domain status is not set to auto-renew.

How do I set up auto-renewal for my business website domain?
