How do I authorise my email and productivity apps with Check Point Harmony Email & Collaboration?

As part of the remote installation, the Business Technology Centre consultant will manage the entire set up and configuration, including authorising Check Point Harmony Email & Collaboration with your email and productivity apps. However, this process can also be managed by your admin user.

How do I authorise Box with Check Point Harmony Email & Collaboration?

To activate Box with Check Point Harmony Email & Collaboration, simply:

  1. Log in to Check Point Infinity Portal.
  2. Click Services Menu and select Email & Collaboration to take you to the SaaS (software as a service) selection screen.
  3. Locate Box and click Start.
  4. Enter your Box credentials when prompted to authorise Box with Email & Collaboration.

Once authenticated, Box will appear as active within SaaS Applications.

How do I authorise Citrix ShareFile with Check Point Harmony Email & Collaboration?

To activate Citrix Sharefile with Check Point Harmony Email & Collaboration:

  1. Log in to Check Point Infinity Portal.
  2. Click Services Menu and select Email & Collaboration to take you to the SaaS selection screen.
  3. Locate Citrix ShareFile and click Start.
  4. Provide the subdomain to your ShareFile account when the ShareFile login page appears.
  5. Enter your ShareFile credentials when prompted to authorise Citrix ShareFile with Email & Collaboration.

Once authenticated, Citrix ShareFile will appear as active within SaaS Applications.

How do I authorise Dropbox with Check Point Harmony Email & Collaboration?

To activate Dropbox with Check Point Harmony Email & Collaboration:

  1. Log in to Check Point Infinity Portal.
  2. Click Services Menu and select Email & Collaboration to take you to the SaaS selection screen.
  3. Locate Dropbox and click Start.
  4. Enter your Dropbox credentials when prompted to authorise Dropbox with Email & Collaboration.

Once authenticated, Dropbox will appear as active within SaaS Applications.

How do I authorise Slack with Check Point Harmony Email & Collaboration?

To activate Slack with Check Point Harmony Email & Collaboration:

  1. Log in to Check Point Infinity Portal.
  2. Click Services Menu and select Email & Collaboration to take you to the SaaS selection screen.
  3. Locate Slack and click on Start.
  4. When redirected to the Slack login page, enter your workspace URL.
  5. Provide your Slack admin credentials when prompted to authorise Slack with Email & Collaboration.

Once authenticated, Slack will appear as active within SaaS Applications.
