Telstra Install – Microsoft 365 Business is a once-off service to perform a comprehensive setup of your Microsoft 365 solution. While Managed Microsoft 365 is a monthly subscription that performs management and proactive monitoring of your Microsoft 365 subscription.
To be eligible for Managed Microsoft 365 you need to be a Telstra Business customer with an ABN. Your business will also need an existing Microsoft 365 subscription.
Your Managed Microsoft 365 service is looked after by your Business Technology Centre.
Support included is dependent on your underlying Microsoft 365 Business plan subscriptions (Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Business Standard, and Business Premium). Customers with Enterprise plans within their Microsoft 365 Business tenancy will have the premium service level applied. Only available for current compatible Microsoft 365 Business cloud licences, purchased through Telstra, Microsoft or an authorised 3rd party Cloud Service Provider. You must complete a per-service checklist prior to service commencement, and provide us with accurate IT information, access to relevant systems and ensure you have working internet connectivity.
