The people on your team each need a user account before they can sign in and access Microsoft 365 for business.

When you take up Managed Microsoft 365, we help protect your sensitive data and business information by configuring security measures such as multi-factor authentication (MFA). Microsoft 365 business plans also include anti-phishing, anti-spam and anti-malware protection to varying degrees, depending on the plan your business has chosen.

No, Managed Microsoft 365 does not include software set-up. If you need help with your initial software installation, we can perform a remote installation on your behalf.

You can call the service desk for support Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (excluding public holidays). You'll receive the phone number for the service desk that manages your account once you've subscribed to Managed Microsoft 365.

  • To add Managed Microsoft 365, you must hold a current ABN and be subscribed to an eligible Microsoft 365 business plan.
  • Eligible Microsoft 365 plans are Business Basic, Business Standard and Business Premium purchased from Telstra, Microsoft or an authorised third-party Cloud Service Provider (CSP).
  • Managed Microsoft 365 services may vary between Microsoft 365 plans.
  • Business customers who have Business and Enterprise plans within the same Microsoft tenant may be eligible for a premium service.
  • Eligible customers must complete a pre-service checklist prior to the commencement of remote management service. This process includes providing Telstra with information about IT systems.
  • The remote management of Microsoft 365 requires access to IT systems and internet connectivity.
  • Managed Microsoft 365 does not include initial set-up of new Microsoft 365 licenses.
