Get the app

  1. Download/Update

    Open the App Store (for Apple users) or Google Play (for Android users). Search for My Telstra and select Install or update.

  2. Sign in

    Use your Telstra ID to sign in. If you don’t have one, you can register for a Telstra ID now.

  3. Shake & Reward with Telstra Plus

    Open the app and head to the Shake & Reward with Telstra Plus game on ‘Home,’ then shake your phone for your chance to win

Things you need to know

Open from 9am AEDT 3 March 2026 to 4pm AEST 30 June 2026 to Aust. Select residents 18+ who are Telstra Plus members, except Telstra employees who work on Telstra Plus and their agents, contractors and other companies associated with the promotion and their immediate families.
