Booking.com Bonus Points Offer Terms and Conditions

Eligible bookings

Bookings are only eligible for points if you sign in to Telstra Plus and follow the links to the Booking.com website from your Telstra Plus account. You’ll know the stay is eligible for points if you see the Telstra Plus logo on the page. Eligible stays must be purchased via credit card or with Booking.com wallet credits and completed before points will be earned. If the stay is eligible, points amount will be shown on the booking confirmation screen, and in the confirmation email after your purchase. Eligible stays may change from time to time. Offer unavailable on bookings made through the Booking.com mobile app.

Offer available on completed eligible stay bookings only, that are booked and completed by the offer end date. Car rentals, flights, and non-accommodation bookings are not eligible.

Receiving points

Points will appear in your Points Activity within 14 days after you have completed your stay. Points will be forfeited if your booking is cancelled. Telstra may cancel points after they appear on your account if the booking is disputed and the relevant stay is found to be ineligible for any reason.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
