You may have an excess data charge

If you’ve used additional data on top of the data included in your plan, you’ll see an excess data charge on your bill. This is a one-off charge and won’t appear on your following bill unless you go over your plan’s data allowance again.

How do I check my data usage?

You can view your data usage at any time in the Services tab. You’ll be able to see how much data you have left for the month and how many days remain until your data usage is reset. You can see more detailed usage by scrolling down and selecting Data Usage.

How can I get more data?

You can view the latest available plans for your service on the Service summary page. 

  1. Log in to My Telstra
  2. Go to Services
  3. Select your service
  4. Scroll down and select Manage
  5. View your plan options
