Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these terms and conditions. By entering this promotion, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. This promotion is being run by Telstra Corporation Limited (ABN 33 051 775 556) of 242 Exhibition Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 (“we”, “us” or “our”).
Dates you need to know
The promotion starts at 9am AEST 15 September 2023. Entries close and must be received by 11.59pm AEDT 25 October 2023 (“promotion period”). No entries will be accepted after this time. The draw will take place at 242 Exhibition Street Melbourne, VIC 3000 on 1 November 2023 at 10am AEDT. Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winner will be notified by telephone and in writing within 2 days of the draw. Winners’ surname and suburb will be published on the Google product news and offers page on 13 November 2023.
This promotion is a game of chance.
Who can enter?
Entry is open to Australian residents only and must be above the age of 18 other than our officers, employees or contractors and other companies associated with the promotion, and their immediate families.
How do you enter?
To enter, you must, during the promotion period:
- Entrant must go to the Google product news and offers page.
- Entrant must enter their name, email address and phone number in the form provided and opt-in to receiving promotions and the relevant terms and conditions.
Only one entry per person will be accepted. Entries are accepted at the time of receipt by us.
Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed to be invalid. We may also disqualify entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions.
Prize
The first valid and correct entry drawn will win, provided by Google Australia Pty Ltd (“Google”), 1 x Google Prize Pack (“prize”) including:
- Google Pixel Watch valued at $649 RRP
- Google Pixel Buds Pro valued at $299 RRP
- Google Pixel Tablet valued at $899 RRP
- Google Pixel Tablet case valued at $139 RRP
Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and is not redeemable for cash.
The total prize pool value is $1,986 RRP (incl. GST).
Unless we expressly state otherwise, all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner.
Unclaimed prize draw
Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason whatsoever a winner does not redeem a prize or an element of the prize by the time stipulated by us, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu. If required, an unclaimed prize draw may take place on 28 November 2023 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners’ names will be published on the Google products news and offers page on 5 December 2023.
Photographs and comments from the winner
If you are the winner, we may contact you about the promotion, and take photos of you, and use your comments and photos for future promotional and marketing purposes for an unlimited time without further reference, payment or any other compensation to you for the promotion of any of our products or services. If we do so, you grant us a royalty free, perpetual and irrevocable licence to use your comments and the photos for such purposes.

Use and disclosure of your information
We may use and disclose the information you provide in submitting an entry on the terms and for the purposes set out in our Privacy Statement, and as required to conduct this promotion, which will include disclosing the information of the winner to Google for the purpose of fulfilling the prize. If you are not willing for this to occur, you cannot participate in the promotion.

Supply of an alternative prize
If we are unable to provide a winner with the prize or part of a prize, we will use reasonable endeavours to supply an alternative prize of similar monetary value, unless to do so would be prohibited by law and subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and is not redeemable for cash.
Tampering with entries
We reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and address) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. If there is a dispute about the identity of an entrant, the entrant will be deemed to be the owner of the mobile phone number provided with the entry.
Suspension, cancellation, modification or termination of the promotion
If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are not able to conduct the promotion as anticipated, we may, unless to do so would be prohibited by law, disqualify any entrant, or subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the promotion.
Liability excluded
To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any loss or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the promotion including the prize or the taking of the prize. We accept no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from winning the prize.
