To determine your eligibility for this offer, we will need your Customer Reference Number/File Number. By proceeding with this application, you authorise us to use these details to check your concession card status with the relevant government body to determine your eligibility for this offer.
Eligible customers that take up the Starter Mobile Plan (Eligible Plan), will receive a $19 credit on their bill each month. Charges for add on's, services and usage outside of your plan allowance will be charged in addition to the monthly plan charge. To be eligible, you must have a valid eligible concession card. If you change plans, cancel your plan, or no longer have a valid eligible concession card, or we choose to withdraw this credit, the credit will no longer be applied to your account.
