Introducing the helpful new Google Pixel Tablet
The Pixel Tablet is built for entertainment with a bright and colourful 11-inch screen, and it comes with a Charging Speaker Dock that transforms it into the centre of your smart home.
The Pixel Tablet is Google’s latest and greatest device, and like your Pixel phone it runs on Android and is powered by Google’s own Tensor G2 chip. Built from premium materials and with a nano-ceramic coating inspired by the feel of porcelain, it’s unlike any other tablet. Plus, it’s built with over 30% recycled materials including 100% recycled aluminium in the enclosure.
You can expect crisp and clear video calls with Google’s Pixel camera expertise, and entertainment is top of mind with brilliant colours on-screen. It’s also the first tablet with Chromecast built in, so you can cast music and videos to your docked tablet with just a few taps. The Pixel Tablet connects to your Wi-Fi, so you can use it hand-held around the house or cast to that built-in Chromecast from your Android phone.
Google’s Charging Speaker Dock is where your Pixel Tablet lives and charges at home, transforming into a great sounding music and video streaming machine. More than that, you can control your smart home or ask a question with ‘Hey Google’ from across the room. The dock is included with your Pixel Tablet purchase, and you can purchase additional docks for around your home.
Telstra is the exclusive Australian telco partner for the launch of the Google Pixel Tablet, and we’ll have it available to buy outright, as well as on a device repayment plan of 12 or 24 months (when ordered from a Telstra retail store or call centre). The Pixel Tablet is available at a recommended retail price of $899 (128GB), which includes the bundled dock (available separately for $189). Pixel Tablet will be available starting June 20, in Porcelain and Hazel colours.
