Eligible plans and services
Telstra, Boost Mobile and Belong customers on pre-paid, upfront mobile plans and Telstra landlines are all eligible.
Due to the evolving situation, telecommunications infrastructure in some areas may be disrupted, which could affect call connectivity.
Customers can also use messaging apps and data services where available to stay in touch.
If customers need additional support, they can reach us via the My Telstra app, our website, or by calling Telstra’s international support line on +61 439 125 109 if they are overseas.
Our thoughts are with everyone affected, and we’ll continue to monitor the situation closely and keep customers informed.
Keeping you connected all year round
Many Telstra mobile plans already include international value. Upfront mobile plans include 30 minutes of international calls to any standard overseas number, as well as unlimited international SMS, while pre‑paid mobile plans include between 60 and 800 minutes of international calls, depending on the plan.
