Telstra’s SIM Swap API checks for recent changes to the SIM card associated with a mobile number, providing an additional layer of security for scenarios like fraud prevention, account protection and transaction validation.
By spotting possible SIM swap fraud early, you can proactively protect users and your business from potential breaches.
During its initial release, the API can only verify Telstra mobile numbers. The API is currently available for distributors and aggregators and coming soon for eligible Enterprise customers.
