Fleet Complete GPS Tracking solutions consists of two different hardware and software combinations, based on either the FC Web Platfrom of MyGeotab Platform. The G07 and MyGeotab (including Base Plan, Business Plan, and Fleet Plan) solution is not compatible with the Fleet Complete Web Platform.
The MSG800 and Fleet Complete Web Platform is the latest GPS Tracking solution available from Fleet Complete and integrates with other optional add-on solutions including Asset Tracker, Task Tracker and FBT Reporting. The Fleet Complete Web solution is not compatible with the Iridium Add-on or Satellite Unit.
In order to use satellite add-on you need to purchase a Satellite unit from us and separately take up a satellite service from Fleet Complete or another third-party provider.
The Fleet Complete GPS Tracking Solution works in areas covered by the Telstra Mobile Network (and where applicable, Iridium Satellite) and may not be available in all area or at all times. Telstra Mobile Network coverage depends on your location, device and whether or not you have an external antenna attached. Visit telstra.com/coverage to check locations.
Duress Notifications are sent via the MyGeotab software, via email or SMS (where you have set up this feature) You are responsible for monitoring the MyGeotab software as neither Telstra or Fleet Complete monitor your use of the Fleet Complete GPS Tracking solution. These solutions are not a substitute for the Emergency Services or calling “000” where required.
