How it works
Telstra Infrastructure Monitoring consists of supplied telemetry devices installed at each designated customer remote site, using Device Management Platforms to manage and monitor those devices. Our solution seamlessly integrates your industrial control equipment and automation systems. Multiple connection options are available, offering both single and dual path monitoring, as well as prioritised access, and preferential data treatment to suit your needs.
Connectivity is secured by Telstra’s ISO 27001-certified VPN, while sites can also communicate directly with one another.
The Telstra Next IP network is monitored round-the-clock, meaning customers gain visibility into their telemetry network via the Device Management Platform user interfaces.
